Terms of use
DRAFT — not yet in force. An invite code is a key: share it with the people you live with and nobody else. Your boards are yours. The service is provided as it is, by an individual.
The service
Curseur is provided as it is, by an individual, for a household's shopping. We do our best to keep it running and your boards in step, and make no promise that it always will.
Your household
An invite code is the key to a household: anyone who has it can join and will see every board in it. Share it with the people you live with and nobody else. Everyone in a household can change every board in it.
Your content
Your boards are yours. We store them to provide the service and for nothing else; the privacy policy says what, where and for how long.
Paying
Curseur is free. If a one-time unlock is offered, it is bought through the App Store under Apple's terms, and Apple handles refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not use Curseur to store anything unlawful, or to interfere with the service or with other households.
Ending
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may end the service, with notice on this site.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
